ISSUES SURROUNDING THE MENOPAUSE

While looking out for indicators of the menopause, it is very important to be aware that menopause symptoms do often vary from person to person.

Some people find that their periods become irregular when they are beginning the menopause.

LACK OF DESIRE OR PASSION FOR SEX

Many experience a loss of libido so this process can have an adverse effect on their sex lives which of course can have other knock on effects in relationships.

The prime reason for this is that part of the menopause process entails less estrogen production. With this comes dryness of the vagina so coupled with the lack of desire is a dryness and soreness during sex.

This can be mitigated by changes to diet and taking supplements which help the libido.
